• 1、Which brand of lube do you recommend to use with Hyphy?

  We recommend using a high quality water based lube, like Water-Based Lubricant. This should avoid the need to re-apply in the middle of use.

• 2、Can I use Hyphy in water?

  Hyphy is fully waterproof. You can use it during a shower or bath without any issues. Please be aware that Bluetooth connectivity in/under water is not stable!

• 3、What material is Hyphy made from? Is it safe?

  All Lovense products are 100% body safe. None of our products contain phthalates or any other harmful chemicals. We test our products thoroughly and consider health safety as a top priority!
  
  Hyphy is made from ABS plastic and pure silicone.

• 4、How to program Hyphy?

  1. After successfully pairing Hyphy to your phone, tap on the Hyphy panel in the My Toys section.
  2. Tap "Program" button to see the programming options.
  3. Tap "Adjust Levels" to adjust the first three levels.
  4. Tap "Create New Pattern" to add a preset pattern onto Hyphy.

• 6、What does IPX7 Waterproof mean?

  IP stands for “Ingress Protection” and measures how well a device is protected from both solid objects and liquids.
  
  IPX means that the product passed a specific IP test done by a certified, independent company, and was tested for protection from liquids.
  
  IPX7 rating means that the product can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.

• 7、How to clean Hyphy?

  Clean with warm water and mild soap (or a sex toy cleaner) and dry thoroughly before storing. DO NOT boil in water (the battery may explode or water could leak into the toy).

• 8、Do I have to use the attachments along with Hyphy?

  The attachments are not necessary.
  
  Please note that Hyphy’s high-frequency end may be too intense for some users. We recommend using the attachments any time you want to experience slightly toned down vibrations.

• 9、Can I charge Hyphy without the charging/storage case?

  Yes, you can charge Hyphy with or without the charging/storage case.
