• 1. How do I use the VIP Pack?

  After purchasing the VIP Pack or adding items to the cart,the system will automatically apply the best available benefits based on the items in your cart. You can click on the "VIP Packs" section on the cart page to choose whether to use the benefits from the pack. You can also click the VIP Pack icon in the bottom right corner of the homepage, product pages, or the Store page to open the pop-up window again and view the details and usage status of each benefit

• 2. Can I get a refund after purchasing?

  You can request a refund at any time if none of the benefits in the VIP Pack have been used or redeemed. Once any benefit has been used/redeemed, the pack becomes non-refundable.

• 3. Important Notes for Using the VIP Pack

  · The Lube Coupon and the {0} OFF Coupon can be used together in the same order. The {0} OFF Coupon cannot be used alongside other discount offers. · When using the Lube Coupon, it must be included in an order with at least one toy product.
  · When using the {0} OFF Coupon , large machines and cameras are not eligible for the discount.
  · The Points Benefit requires you to log into your account to claim it. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are claimed.

• 4. VIP Pack usage time

  Each benefit is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. Please use/redeem them promptly, as all benefits will automatically expire after the validity period.

• 5. When can I purchase this Pack?

  The purchase period is from October 21, 2025, 00:00:00 – November 10, 2025, 23:59:59 (EDT).
  · Each user is limited to one purchase. The purchase of this VIP Pack does not count toward points accumulation, and all benefits are for personal use only—they are non-transferable and cannot be extended. Lovense reserves the final right of interpretation for this promotion.

• Lovense reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this VIP Pack promotion in accordance with applicable laws.This VIP Pack promotion is subject to Lovense’s T&C,Warranty Policy
