    What is covered by this warranty?

    Lovense products are warranted against defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when used in accordance with the respective products' user manuals. This excludes Lovense TPE sleeves, which are warranted under the same terms for a period of ninety (90) days, and Lovense Webcam charging cable, which is warranted under the same terms for a period of one (1) month. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

    • Products covered under NINETY (90) DAYS warranty
    • Max's sleeve, Max 2's sleeve, Lovense Sex Machine’s dildos (S and L).

    What will Lovense do in the event of a warranty claim?

    At Lovense, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify Lovense during the warranty period, Lovense will, at its discretion, replace (or repair if it's Lovense Webcam) the product free of charge. Lovense will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.

    What information is required?

    • Product serial number (located on the packaging).

    • Proof of purchase including the purchase receipt, invoice, the order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name).

    • Defect description.

    • Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.

    What is not covered by the warranty?

    This warranty excludes any defects or damage arising from the product being used other than in the manner it was intended (as indicated in the product user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use, accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.


    The warranty is bound to the person of the first buyer and is not transferable. The warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser.


    Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not offer any kind of satisfaction guarantee. Discontinue use if any pain, irritation, or discomfort occurs. To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas.

    Lovense reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission and to change or update the terms at any time without prior notice.
