1. How do I use the VIP Pack?
After purchasing the VIP Pack or adding items to the cart,the system will automatically apply the best available benefits based on the items in your cart. You can request a refund at any time if none of the benefits in the VIP Pack have been used or redeemed. Once any benefit has been used/redeemed, the pack becomes non-refundable.
