Learn the 101 of Testicle Massage – Benefits Even For Beginners

 

No, we’re not talking about how to play with someone’s balls during a blow job (although you CAN integrate it if he loves it). We’re more going to look at the health aspects of this particular massage that men seem to miss or ignore as well as specific techniques and other advanced tips.

 

WHY MASSAGE THE BALLS?


There are many reasons why you would want to integrate this into your healthcare routine…

IMPORTANT NOTE


 

With all the instructions you’re about to give, the main thing to remember is to go GENTLY. You’re going to hear me say that again and again. WARM-UP


 

You’ll need to get the blood flowing for an effective massage. To do this, you’ll have to warm up your boys. You can do this by…

 

  • Sitting in a sauna for ten minutes
  • Wrapping your testicles and a warm towel
  • Take a hot shower
  • Soak them in a bowl of warm water
  • Do a combo of a warm, water-soaked towel

 

NOTE: Any warm-up should be under ten minutes

 

BASIC MASSAGE SYSTEM


 

  1. Warm up – follow the list above.
     
  2. Get some jojoba, apricot kernel, or almond oil from your health food store (it’s used as a mixer for essential oils or as a really great natural massage oil). You can also use silicone lube, but it’s more of a pain to wash off. Rub it all over your balls and nearby areas.
  3. Gently massage the areas around the scrotum first for a couple of minutes.
  4. Massage closer with your thumb and forefinger.
     
  5. Move to massaging in between your testicles with gentle pressure. Try a pumping motion. Do this for a couple of minutes.
     
  6. Work the base of your scrotum and gently pull down every so often while maintaining massage actions. Do this for a couple of minutes.
     
  7. Repeat 4 to 6 a couple of times. You can increase the time gradually (especially if you’re loving it).
     
  8. Carefully take one testicle in each hand and pull up and down lightly.
     
  9. Massage each testicle for a couple of minutes (still using the cupping hold in #8).

 

OTHER THINGS TO ADD


 

The steps above are for a basic massage, but if you want to add more you can do the following.

 

BALL STRETCHING – Some men want low-hangers. Use the guides at the end of the article to help you further. 

 

BALL TAPPING – For additional circulation, you can do a few things. First, try grasping your penis, lifting it up and tapping on each ball for a count of 30-40 for each. Second, using the palm of your hand tap the balls from the bottom (upward motion) for a count of 30-40. Third, cup your scrotum and gently roll in a circular motion, making sure to keep the same number of rotations both ways.

 

BE CONSISTENT


 

Like any exercise, if you want to see results (or just want to keep an eye on your boys for health reasons), you’ll have to be consistent.  You can start with every three days and work your way up or down to whatever number feels right for your body.

 

INVOLVE YOUR PARTNER


 

Yes, you’re still exercising, but getting your partner/lover involved can add a whole new, and sexy or just fun, dynamic. BUT you’ll have to be sure and ready on how to communicate what you like or need.
