Make sure both devices (PC & smartphone) are connected to the same network.
Get any Lovense toy
Connect it to the Lovense Remote App on your smart phone.
Open Lovense Remote app on your smarphone and press "Me".
Proceed to the "Settings" then enable "Game mode" in the bottom.
Enable desired toys and find your "Local IP" and "Http Port".

Connect it to the Lovense Remote App on your smart phone.
Open Lovense Remote app on your smarphone and press "Me".
Proceed to the "Settings" then enable "Game mode" in the bottom.

You need a Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter to connect
Get Any Lovense Toy
Connect your toy to PC Lovense Remote app using the Windows PC.
Go to the “Me” tab in Lovense Remote app, tap “Settings” and enable “Game Mode”.
In the game's “Settings” menu, go to “Lovense” page and enable “Lovense Integration”. Choose “Windows” then hit “CONNECT”.
You can even enable the "RAID" system which allows you to further customize what your toy(s) will react to.
