Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the Macth Intensity 2026 Branding Campaign - Match Intensity event and Live Match Mode ("Event") hosted by us ("the Platform"). By joining in any aspect of this Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Voluntary Participation

1.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not participate.

1.2 Participation is entirely voluntary. You are solely responsible for your choices, device use, and participation in Live Match Mode.

2. Event Schedule

2.1 The Event is scheduled to run from June 28, 2026 at 00:00:00 EDT through July 19, 2026 EDT.

2.3 The Platform reserves the right to adjust the Event schedule, Live Match Mode availability, supported matches, or technical timing without prior notice.

3. Live Match Mode and Remote Device Control

3.1 Starting at 3:00 PM EDT on June 28, 2026, the Lovense Remote App is expected to launch Live Match Mode, which synchronizes real-time match status with connected toys.

3.2 You expressly agree that your connected toys or devices may receive remote vibration responses as part of the Event's interactive experience.

3.3 Live Match Mode uses a two-layer vibration structure: an ambient vibration layer and an event-triggered vibration layer.

4. Vibration Mechanics

4.1 Ambient Vibration: Live Match Mode may provide continuous low-frequency vibration during supported match periods. The vibration intensity may rise and fall in real time based on match intensity, including factors such as goals, cards, and penalties.

Note: The vibration rules above are for reference only. Actual vibration timing, intensity, duration, and availability may vary depending on match data, device connection, app version, network conditions, supported toy models, and final technical implementation.

4.2 The vibration rules above are for reference only and are subject to final technical implementation.

5. Data Collection and Usage Consent

5.1 By participating, you consent to the Platform collecting data necessary for Live Match Mode operation, including participation status, connected device status, toy usage and control data, match-trigger sync records, technical logs, and other relevant participation data.

5.2 You grant the Platform a global, royalty-free license to use the above data for Event statistics, performance analysis, service operation, promotion, and public disclosures, provided that disclosed data will be anonymized and secured where required.

6. Technical Limitations and Risk Awareness

6.1 Real-time sync may depend on match data availability, network conditions, device connection status, app version, supported toys, and other technical factors.

6.2 Vibration responses may be delayed, interrupted, unavailable, inaccurate, or different from the reference rules due to technical limitations or final implementation choices.

6.3 You are responsible for protecting your own personal information, connected devices, account access, and network environment while participating in the Event.

7. User Responsibility and Safety

7.1 You should use connected toys and Live Match Mode responsibly and may disconnect your toy, leave the mode, or stop participating at any time.

7.2 If you experience discomfort, technical issues, or any situation that makes participation unsuitable, you should stop using Live Match Mode immediately.

8. Reporting Issues

Please report technical issues, violations, or concerning behavior using the provided tools or contact information. The Platform reserves the right to remove access, suspend accounts, or take other actions as necessary.

9. Event Termination and Amendments

9.1 Lovense reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time, including adjustments to Live Match Mode, vibration rules, supported matches, or technical availability.
