I. Event Duration

The Lovense Valentine’s Day Sale (“the Event”) begins on January 30, 2026, at 00:00 EST and ends on February 14, 2026 at 23:59 EST.

All discounts and free gifts are available while stocks last.

II. Event Details

During the Event Period, customers who purchase designated products will be entitled to time-limited discounts and may receive free gifts based on the activity rules listed below.

III. Discount & Gift Details

1. Product Discounts (Quantity-Based)

Selected toys and bundles are available at discounts up to 58% off.

Note: The 55% OFF promotion does not apply to Sex accessories, Lovense Sex Machine, Lovense Mini Sex Machine, Kraken, Lubricant, Lovense Webcam 2, or Gift Cards.

The brand reserves the right to adjust, change, or substitute discounted products (including product models or discount tiers) based on real-time inventory and promotional needs during the event period.

2. Spend $250 and Get a Free Gift (Region Based)

Customers who spend $250 USD or more in a single order (excluding orders consisting solely of gift cards) will receive one complimentary toy, selected from eligible models such as Ambi, Calor, Tenera, Tenera 2, or Exomoon and other qualifying products. All free gifts are subject to regional logistics arrangements and real-time warehouse inventory, and are randomly allocated. The actual gift received shall be the one displayed on the official checkout page, which may differ from the examples listed. The brand reserves the right to substitute or modify gifts at any time during the event. The Spend-$250 Free Gift promotion may be adjusted or temporarily suspended based on real-time regional stock, and gifts cannot be exchanged unless required by law. If a customer does not select a free gift at checkout, no replacement or supplementary gift will be provided after delivery.

3.The Lovense Lover Set with up to 60% OFF is available only in selected countries. The Lover Set is returnable only if the gift box remains unopened with the original plastic seal intact. Once unsealed, the Lover Set is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law. For products (such as Lush 4、Gush 2、Kraken) in the Lover Set that are also sold separately, standard Lovense after-sales and warranty policies apply. Accessories included in the Lover Set (such as blindfolds, handcuffs, and feather ticklers) carry a 90-day warranty.

The Lovense Lover Set may include a complimentary free lubricant (i.e., purchase N sets and receive N free lubricants), randomly allocated (new or previous version), while supplies last, excluding orders shipped to New Zealand. The free lubricant promotion starts on February 5, 2026, at 12:00:00 EST.

IV. Return Policy

1. Event products are offered “as is”, with no special warranty beyond Lovense’s general warranty.

2. Free gifts are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless they have a verified quality issue.

3. Returns for purchased products follow Lovense’s standard return policy.

V. Limitations & Purchase Conditions

1. Customers must complete checkout during the Event period to be eligible for discounts or gifts.

2. Free gifts are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Each order is eligible for one Spend $250 tier gift only.

4. Discounts apply only to designated SKUs listed on the Event page.

5. Lovense is not responsible for delays, logistics issues, or system errors affecting the receipt of products or gifts.

6. Special Lovense activities—including Group Buy, Student Offer, Birthday Offer, 10-Year Quality Guarantee, and Fanfunding—have their own dedicated entry points and fixed promotional mechanics. The Valentine’s Day Sale cannot be combined with any of these special activities or the Wish-list promotion.However, users who are eligible for the 15-Minute Reorder benefit may still participate in the Valentine’s Day Sale.

7. Customers may choose either to use a coupon or to enjoy the Valentine’s Day Sale product discounts. If a customer opts to use a coupon, the participating toy prices in the cart will automatically revert to the standard 50% OFF tier, after which the coupon discount will be applied.

8. Gift cards may be used during the Valentine’s Day Sale.

9. Sex accessories and Kraken products are not eligible for the Valentine’s Day Sale discounts; however, they remain eligible for the Spend-$250 gift promotion.

10. Lovense reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time, including adjustments to promotional participation and product discount rates, with all promotions subject to the official website’s display.

11. Delivery times may be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance, or holiday-related logistics congestion, Lovense shall not be held responsible for such delays. Please allow additional time for delivery during the event period.

12. Pre-sale products are not eligible for the Valentine’s Day Sale discounts.

VI. Liability

Lovense shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) arising from participation in the Event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

VII. Rights & Interpretation

1. Lovense reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time.

2. The final interpretation of the Event belongs solely to Lovense.

3. The general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy of Lovense apply.
