By participating in the Lovense Sexonality personality test and its accompanying $ discount promotion (hereafter referred to as "Promotion"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (T&Cs). Please read these T&Cs carefully before participating in the Promotion.

1. Eligibility for Discount: Participants are eligible to receive a $ discount (or its equivalent in other currencies) only after they have completed the Lovense Sexonality test. Completion of the test is defined as answering all questions and receiving a personality type result.

2. Product Applicability: The discount received from the Lovense Sexonality test is only applicable to Lovense toy products, excluding the Lovense Sex Machine. The discount does not apply to accessories, peripheral products, and Gift Cards.

3. Promotion Period and Usage Limitation: The discount is valid only within the promotion period (April 3rd 08:00 ET 2024 to April 30th 23:00 ET 2024) and within the time limits, and is limited to one use per customer. The discount will expire after the end of the promotion period or time limits, or once it has been used, whichever comes first. The discount cannot be applied to reorder transactions.

4. Non-Stackable Discounts: The Lovense Sexonality test discount cannot be combined with other offers, such as student discounts, birthday discounts, or other coupons. Additionally, the discount is not applicable for group buys, wishlist purchases, or fan funding initiatives.

5. Promotion Modification or Termination: Lovense reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, due to any reason deemed necessary by Lovense, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Lovense's reasonable control that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

6. Privacy: Participation in the Promotion requires the submission of personal information. By participating, you agree to Lovense's privacy policy and acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with such policy.

7. Liability Limitation: Lovense shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the discount.

8. Compliance: Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their participation in the Promotion. Failure to comply with these T&Cs may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any discounts received.

9. Final Decision: Decisions made by Lovense regarding the Promotion are final and binding in all respects.

10. The "chance to win a free T-shirt" implies an opportunity for users to participate in a raffle to win a free T-shirt during the Lovense Sexonality test event, provided they make a purchase at the exclusive Lovense Sexonality test store during the event period. A total of 5 prizes are available, and the winners will be notified on May 3, 2024.

By participating in the Lovense Sexonality personality test and its accompanying Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
