1. Eligibility and Voluntary Participation
1.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not participate.
1.2 Participation is entirely voluntary. You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and interactions within the event.
2. Data Collection and Usage Consent
2.1 By participating, you consent to the Platform collecting personal data related to your participation, including but not limited to: tweet-related info, tip-related info, connected sex toy usage and control data, user-submitted nicknames, avatars, images, videos, and other relevant participation data., AI-assisted or AI-generated post content and metadata, referral codes and associated referral activity data, participation milestones and progress data.
2.2 You grant the Platform a global, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the above data for event statistics, promotion, and public disclosures. All disclosed data will be properly anonymized and secured.
2.3 The above license extends to AI-generated engagement metrics (e.g., sync count notifications such as "You just synced with X people"), leaderboard rankings, and burst window participation statistics.
3. Remote Device Control
You expressly agree that your connected toys or devices may be remotely controlled by other participants as part of the event’s interactive experience.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
4.1 Engaging in or promoting non-consensual activity.
4.2 Sharing, inviting, or involving minors in any form.
4.3 Recording or redistributing any chat content without prior, explicit consent from all involved parties.
4.4 Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
4.5 Solicitation or commercial promotion of illegal or regulated services.
You assume full responsibility for any unlawful behavior or content you share.
5. Privacy and Risk Awareness
5.1 You must respect the privacy of other participants, including refraining from sharing their content or identity without consent.
5.2 You are responsible for protecting your own personal information and property.
5.3 You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of participating in this activity, including accessing third-party links, which may pose security or privacy risks.
6. Content Disclaimer
This is a user-driven event. We do not moderate in real-time and are not responsible for the content or conduct of any participant. You participate and interact at your own discretion and risk.
7. Reporting Misconduct
Please report violations or concerning behavior using the provided tools or contact information. We reserve the right to remove violators, suspend accounts, or take other actions as necessary.
8. Event Schedule
8.1 Pre-Launch Phase: May 16, 2026 00:00 EDT – May 23, 2026 21:59 EDT. Main Campaign Phase: May 23, 2026 22:00 EDT – May 24, 2026 23:59 EDT. This phase includes the core interactive posting event with Burst Windows at designated times.
8.2 Burst Windows are scheduled as follows: Wave 1 (May 23, 22:00–23:59 EDT), Wave 2 (May 24, 17:00–19:00 EDT), Wave 3 (May 24, 22:00–23:59 EDT). Rewards and progressive vibration mechanics are active only during Burst Windows.
8.3 The Platform reserves the right to adjust the event schedule, including Burst Window timing and duration, without prior notice.
9. Email Notifications
We may send you event notifications, marketing emails, and other relevant information through the email address associated with your cookies or the information you have provided, as well as through the Lovense Remote App, Discord, and other connected communication channels.
10. AI-Assisted Content Generation
10.1 The Platform may provide AI-assisted tools to help generate post content for use on social media platforms (e.g., X/Twitter). AI-generated suggestions serve as templates and starting points only.
10.2 You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before posting. You must ensure that all posted content complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and these Terms.
10.3 AI-generated content does not represent the views or endorsements of the Platform. The Platform disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from your use or posting of AI-assisted content.
11. Prizes, Rewards, and Incentives
11.1 During the event, various prizes and rewards may be offered, including but not limited to: product kits (e.g., Kraken + Lube), Lovense orgy Coupon (e.g., $30 Lovense Coins) and Lovense toys (excluding presale toys, Velvo, Lush 4, Lush Anal, Vulse, Lapis, Tenera 2, Gravity, Dolce, Lush 3, Mission 2, Solace, Ridge, Lush Mini, Solace Pro, Lovense AI Doll, Lovense Sex Machine, Lovense Mini Sex Machine, Webcam 2, and Spinel), which shall be subject to the final prizes confirmed by customer service upon contacting the winners..
11.2 Lucky Draw: Random prize draws may be conducted throughout the campaign day. Eligibility requires valid posting with the designated hashtag (#LovenseOrgy). The lucky draw prizes are expected to be Kraken + Lube, and up to three (3) winners may be selected every hour.
11.3 Remote App Lucky Draw Giveaway: To participate via the app, users must join the Orgy event, connect their toy via the Remote app, and post #LovenseOrgy on X during the event. Eligible participants will be entered into a lucky draw, and two (2) winners will be randomly selected to receive a free toy. Only valid posts made within the event period will qualify. Please note that the specific rules and details of the Remote app's lucky draw differ from those of the official website's campaign; in the event of any discrepancy, the actual rules, terms, and conditions as displayed within the Remote app shall prevail.
11.4 Burst Window Mini Rewards: During designated Burst Windows, additional rewards may be distributed every 30 minutes through random draws, with two (2) winners selected each time. Rewards are expected to be $30 Lovense Coins, which are permanently valid and can be combined with other regular coupons.
11.5 End-of-Window Grand Rewards: At the end of each Burst Window, (i) three (3) Lucky Gifts will be awarded through random draws, with three (3) random participants per window each receiving one (1) free Lovense toy; and (ii) the Top 3 Pulse Driver Award will be granted to the three (3) users with the highest number of posts made during the respective Burst Window (only posts made within the window will be counted), each receiving one (1) toy. Selection criteria and prize details are subject to the Platform’s sole discretion.
11.6 Each participant (including KOLs) may only win once per prize category throughout the campaign. In the event a participant is selected more than once for the same prize category, only the first valid win shall be retained, and any subsequent wins in the same category shall be void.
11.7 Anti-fraud and compliance measures: The use of bots, scripts, automation tools, API-based mass posting, or any other form of artificial engagement manipulation to increase posting volume or otherwise gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating this rule without prior notice.
11.8 All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Platform reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prize fulfillment is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms.
11.9 Prize Notification and Redemption Deadline: All winners will be notified via mentions (@) and/or direct message (DM) from the official Twitter (X) account, through which required information (including but not limited to email address) will be collected for prize fulfillment. Winners must respond and provide the requested information on or before May 31, 11:59 PM EDT. Failure to respond within this deadline shall be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the prize, and no further claims shall be entertained thereafter. Any tax obligations arising from prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Promotional Discounts and Purchase Conditions
12.1 The Event Period runs from May 16, 2026 at 00:00 EDT to May 24, 2026 at 23:59 EDT. All discounts are available while stocks last.
12.2 During the Event Period, a sitewide 55 OFF discount applies to participating products. The following categories are excluded: Velvo, sex machines (all sizes), Webcam 2, presale products and product accessories.
12.3 Certain eligible customers may receive an Lovense orgy coupon of a certain amount (varies in different countries; the specific amount is subject to actual display) via email or the Lovense Remote App. This coupon may be stacked with other promotional discounts during the event.
12.4 Customers must complete checkout during the Event Period to be eligible for discounts or gifts.
12.5 Discounts apply only to designated SKUs listed on the Event page.
12.6 The Event cannot be combined with other special Lovense activities—including Group Buy, Student Offer, Birthday Offer, 10-Year Quality Guarantee, Fanfunding, or the Wish-list promotion—which have their own dedicated entry points and fixed promotional mechanics. However, users who are eligible for the 15-Minute Reorder benefit may still participate in the Event.
12.7 Customers may choose either to use a regular coupon or to enjoy the Event product discounts. If a customer opts to use a regular coupon (distinct from the Lovense Orgy Coupons mentioned in Section 11), participating toy prices in the cart will automatically revert to the standard 50% OFF tier, after which the coupon discount will be applied.
12.8 Gift cards may be used during the Event.
12.9 Event products are offered “as is”, with no special warranty beyond Lovense’s general warranty. Returns for purchased products follow Lovense’s standard return policy.
12.10 Lovense is not responsible for delays, logistics issues, or system errors affecting the receipt of products or gifts. Delivery times may be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance, or holiday-related logistics congestion; please allow additional time for delivery during the Event Period.
13. Event Termination and Amendments
13.1 Lovense reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time, including adjustments to promotional participation and product discount rates, with all promotions subject to the official website’s display. The final interpretation of the Event belongs solely to Lovense.
