Lovense now has three app-controlled rabbit vibrators to choose from: the Velvo, Nora, and Osci 3. While each of them has something unique, there are enough similarities that it can be confusing if you’re trying to decide which to give a chance. We’ll look at everything from design to app-control, pros and cons, and who these toys are actually geared toward.

Quick Verdict

- 🫨 Go for Velvo if you want the option for intense stimulation combinations – with both arms going and the beads on high, you feel everything
- 🐰 Choose the Nora if you prefer constant pressure. Because the head spins in a fixed circle, it feels like a thumb circling your G-spot. It’s for people who want something more traditional in the sex toy department.
- 💖 Consider Osci 3 if temperature is important, but more so if you prefer firmer contact with the G-spot and rocking motions (the curved design makes it easier to control), combined with sensations that go deeper.
Lovense Rabbits at a Glance
- Velvo is a rolling bead rabbit vibrator with a rotating head and vibrating clitoral arm. It’s (as of this article) the newest of the Lovense rabbits.
- Nora is a vibrating rabbit with a rotating head, and is one of Lovense’s first sex toys – and has gone through several updates and optimizations.
- Osci 3 is an oscillating (sometimes called Thumping or Thumper) and vibrating rabbit sex toy with a heating feature. As the same says, it’s the third-generation design.
Detailed Comparison of Velevo, Nora, and Ocsi 3

Comparing Velvo / Nora / Osci 3 Power
Concrete numbers like “7,500 vibrations per minute” or “6,000 oscillations per minute” look good on paper, but real sensation power is about how it actually feels inside.
- Velvo is the winner for overall sensation power. You feel movement the entire length of the shaft — it’s intense even on low. The bead motion is something you have to experience to understand; what you see the beads doing is exactly what you feel inside. It gives the strongest mixed internal sensations of the three.
- Nora is strong and reliable, but sits in the middle. Its rotating head is very similar to Velvo’s, but without the full-shaft beads, so it doesn’t have quite the same intensity or “everywhere” feeling.
- Osci 3 is powerful in its own way, but feels completely different. It uses pinpoint auto-oscillation at the tip. It’s a more focused G-spot sensation rather than the broad, intense movement you get from Velvo (especially if you take advantage of the curve design to leverage manual tilt.
Ranking: Velvo (strongest, most mixed) → Nora → Osci 3 (different but still powerful). All three are strong toys; the difference is the type of power, not the amount.
Charging, Use, and Standby Time
More moving parts mean more battery drain, so the ratios are what you’d expect.
- Velvo is the least efficient at 0.71 minutes of use per minute of charge (110 min charge gives up to 78 min use). This is understandable — it’s running three mechanisms at once.
- Nora is next at about 1.6 minutes of use per minute of charge (150 min charge gives up to 240 min use).
- Osci 3 has the best efficiency: roughly 2.27 minutes of use per minute of charge.
| Use Time | Charge Time | Ratio (Use ÷ Charge) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Velvo | 78 min | 110 min | 0.71 |
| Nora | 240 min | 150 min | 1.60 |
| Osci 3 | 170 min | 75 min | 2.27 |
Materials and Lube Use
All three are made of body-safe silicone (Nora and Osci 3 also have some ABS plastic accents).
You must use water-based lube only. Silicone lube will turn the surface into a sticky, glue-like mess that’s almost impossible to remove. I needed a larger amount of lube with the Velvo because of all the moving parts. In general, it’s always better to use more lube than not enough with these toys.
Cleaning and Storing
Cleaning is straightforward on all three — no tricky nooks or crannies. Just warm water + mild soap or toy cleaner works fine on the insertable parts. Storage is simple for all of them. They don’t come with storage bags, so you’ll want to keep them in a drawer or pouch.
- Velvo and Osci 3 are fully IPX7 waterproof (shower, bath, no problem).
- Nora is only IPX6 water-resistant because the buttons on the base aren’t fully sealed.
Personal Testing Notes

Personal Testing Notes
- G-spot contact and ergonomics: Osci 3 has the best curve and the most open space between the clit arm and shaft, so it’s the easiest to tilt naturally for G-spot contact without wrist strain. Velvo and Nora both have straight shafts (industry standard).
- Clitoral arm: Velvo and Nora have very similar (very flexible) arms. Velvo’s arm might be too flexible for those who need firmer contact. Osci 3’s arm is firmer, which gave noticeably better and more consistent clit contact. This, of course, isn’t a pro or con, more of a personal preference.
- Buttons: All three use the same system — one long press to turn on, then short presses to cycle through settings. If you go past the pattern you want, you have to cycle all the way around again.
- Noise: Osci 3 is the quietest. Velvo and Nora are very similar. Once the toy is inside you, or under a blanket, or with someone in another room, the sound is much more muffled.

Lovense Rabbit Vibrators + Lovense Remote App
All three toys work through the Lovense Remote app — that’s standard for every Lovense toy. You get the full ecosystem: ambient noise or music sync, syncing to adult media (porn, erotic audiobooks, X-rated video games), in-app games that control the toys, long-distance play, and more.
Inside the app, you can fully program the three steady intensity levels (low, medium, and high). Whatever levels you set, the toy remembers them permanently. Each toy comes with four preset patterns already loaded, but there are ten open slots total. You can go into the app and reprogram those slots to save up to ten of your own custom patterns. On top of that, the Lovense Pattern Library gives you unlimited additional patterns — both official ones from Lovense and thousands created by the community. You can download and use any of them directly through the app.
The big difference is within the toy sync abilities:
- Velvo and Nora are “master toys” with feedback features. They belong to the Toy Sync category (along with Max 2, Solace Pro, Calor, etc.). This means they can interact in real time with others of the same category. If you thrust faster with the Velvo, the other toy will automatically respond – no need to use the sliders. It creates a very immersive, responsive long-distance experience — perfect for LDR couples who want to feel more connected.
- Remember: “Master” toys can control all Lovense toys – e.g., thrusting with Velvo will make Gemini nipple clamps vibrate harder, but not the other way around.
- Osci 3 does not have this feature. It can only be controlled through the app’s sliders and toggles. If you thrust or change settings on the Osci 3, it won’t make another toy react in real time.
The app itself is easy to use, and there are lots of documentation and troubleshooting guides available online if you ever get stuck.
Women’s Rabbit Vibrators – FAQs

Velvo = 360° beads + rotation (most intense). Nora = classic rotating head. Osci 3 = pinpoint oscillation (gentler, best ergonomics).
Insert shaft for G-spot stimulation, rest clit arm on clitoris. Use lube, start low, tilt until both spots feel good.
Osci 3: best ratio. Nora: up to 4 hours. Velvo: ~78 min.
Velvo & Osci 3: fully IPX7 (shower OK). Nora: only IPX6 water-resistant.
Velvo & Nora react in real time to each other (thrust = stronger response). Osci 3 does not have this feature.
Rinse with warm water + toy cleaner. Pat dry. Charge every 6 months when unused.
Final Thoughts on Velvo vs Nora vs Osci 3
There are now three rabbit vibrators to choose from. But if none of these excite you, there are plenty of other sex toys for women to choose from – from clitoral suction to high-frequency pinpoint. That being said, there are also well-designed anal toys or external toys, if penetration isn’t your thing. It’s your money, so make sure you get something that feels amazing!
