I liked the idea of having something someone can grab onto instead of my hips (which can hurt or get sweaty after a while).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, we are getting a double review today because I also gave it to a husband and wife friend to give a whirl (after it was cleaned of course).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s get started\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d70072\"><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>THE PRODUCT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The harness is made from a long nylon strap that\u2019s sewn across a thin foam-like support pad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fully extended nylon strap to body pad = 43cm<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nylon strap width = 4cm<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>The body pad length = 37cm<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>The body pad width = 13cm<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The concept is for the \u201cgiving\u201d partner to position the support pad on the person\u2019s lower torso or wherever it naturally ends up sitting when you grip the straps and pull. The concept is to make it easier for both partners to participate \u2013 better grip for the giver and an easier \u201clift\u201d for the receiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.lovense.com\/UploadFiles\/file\/20191009\/20191009_184037.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.lovense.com\/UploadFiles\/file\/20191009\/20191009_184054.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.lovense.com\/UploadFiles\/file\/20191009\/20191009_184123.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.lovense.com\/UploadFiles\/file\/20191009\/20191009_184141.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d70072\"><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>THE PACKAGING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.lovense.com\/UploadFiles\/file\/20191009\/20191009_182519.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.lovense.com\/UploadFiles\/file\/20191009\/20191009_182531.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s standard boxing with brand images, and with enough space to fit the product (not wasted box space). The harness is wrapped in black paper with a \u201cthank you\u201d sticker, which is a nice touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My only concern is the poor box was badly crumpled upon arrival.&nbsp; This could be for two reasons. One, it had to be sent to me twice (problems with customs the first time). Or because it\u2019s just a review sample, it\u2019s not packaged to normal customer standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m not a packaging snob per se, as long as the product is unharmed (which is was).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d70072\"><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>MATERIAL REVIEW<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The materials are standard fare in my opinion \u2013 especially for the price point. It also looks easy to clean, but I would take great care with sterilizing it if you\u2019re going to be sharing and body fluids are going to be going places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The foam is soft and the stitching looks secure<\/li><li>The adjustable clip is ABS plastic<\/li><li>The general construction seems solid<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d70072\"><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>THE EXPERIENCE(S)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember when I said \u201chonest and unbiased\u201d? Well, that\u2019s what I\u2019m going to be. There are positives and negatives with any product and I\u2019ll cover both sides from my experiences and the ones from the husband and wife tester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, we found the grip straps far too short \u2013 this leads to the second problem\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neither I nor the other tester is on the large side. We have our curves yes, but not very thin either. I can foresee problems if anyone on the larger\/curvier side tries this. The straps are already short but if the giver wants to wrap them around their hands for extra grip, your hands are nearly at the body pad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What does this mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s really only going to be comfortable\/usable for smaller-side customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, even though there is a padded area, the nylon strap is sewn across it. I understand why \u2013 it makes sure the foam won\u2019t rip. I totally get it. However, this means that ALL the pressure is being placed across a 4cm space, not the 13cm pad (which folded over on itself during use).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the nylon sewn around the edges caused some chafing after a while. It\u2019s sewn securely, but there is a small lip that rubs back and forth along the skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.lovense.com\/UploadFiles\/file\/20191009\/20191009_182650.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d70072\"><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>I think this could be a great toy if there were a few small adjustments made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have a <strong>complete nylon backing<\/strong> sewn over the padded side to distribute the pressure better<\/li><li><strong>Make the side straps much longer <\/strong>\u2013 it\u2019s always better to have excess than not enough<\/li><li><strong>Make the pad itself larger <\/strong>in length and width (to accommodate larger bodies)<\/li><li>Or <strong>make it available in different sizes<\/strong> so customers can choose one that best fits their body<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d70072\"><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>FINAL THOUGHTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>All participating testers were on the fence about this harness. There were things we liked and things we didn\u2019t \u2013 the secure sewing and easy-washing were winning points. And who doesn\u2019t like help getting into a better doggie style position?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personally, if the product stays as-is, it would be <strong>good for those just starting out with sex toys or sex aids&nbsp;<\/strong>(or anything kinky). It would also make for a<strong> great bachelorette\/bachelor party gift.<\/strong> Finally, the price point is low enough that it\u2019s no big loss (since it\u2019s an \u201cunopened packaging\u201d return policy) if it doesn\u2019t work with your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would <em>love<\/em> to see this in a Hustler Harness 2.0 version.
