Both combine internal and external stimulation in one toy, and both are made from body-safe silicone, rechargeable, and waterproof. That\u2019s where the similarities mostly end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Curve sits closer to the dildo end of the spectrum. It\u2019s larger, has more length to work with, and is clearly designed with thrusting in mind. The tip is also firm yet smooth. I&#8217;m guessing some kind of ABS plastic inside that holds the first motor. Even if I have a dB level tool, it doens&#8217;t mean that my numbers are going to match the product page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, I tend to measure really close to the toy. In reality, the sound levels are coming from at least a few feet away and probably muffled if part of it is inserted. And since these aren&#8217;t public play toys (even if Gigi looks wearable), super-discreet noise isn&#8217;t going to be at the top of anyone&#8217;s list. Unless you live somewhere with paper-thin walls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That being said, on the highest levels with both motors going full (and the added rumble of them sitting on my bed), I got dBs in the high 60s to low 70s. Average 69-ish (which just feel apporpriate \ud83d\ude09) but in reality they&#8217;ll be lower. The site directly says, <em>&#8220;Reassuringly quiet, less than 40db&#8221;.<\/em> For reference,  a regular conversation sits around 60 dB. The toy is softer overall. The curled arm has less resistance, and that shows up in use. The pressure isn\u2019t sharp or pinpoint, but it isn\u2019t vague either. There\u2019s just enough curve in the right places to make contact without feeling pushy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The vibration profile sits in a middle space. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not buzzy. Not fully rumbly. If I had to rate it on a scale from 1 to 5 \u2014 with 1 being buzzy and 5 being deeply rumbly \u2014 I\u2019d put Gizi around a 3.5, closer to a 4 in actual sensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gizi isn\u2019t meant for thrusting, and that\u2019s fine. It\u2019s also not meant to be wearable, which is also fine. You can get some movement out of it with enough clitoral contact, and that movement can still feel good, but it\u2019s clearly designed for slower, more contained use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gizi feels lighter, softer, and less forceful overall. That\u2019s either a positive or a negative, depending on what you\u2019re looking for.
