And, aside from the drying process, it will be another layer of help in the disinfecting process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, <strong>DO NOT<\/strong> leave it in the sun, use a hairdryer, or throw it in the clothes dryer. &nbsp;This kind of heat will dry out the fabric and leave it cracked or possibly misshapen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All you need to do is hang it out to air dry completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0099;\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><strong>CONDITIONING<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gorgeous luster that makes us drool will come from <strong>proper conditioning. <\/strong>For this, there are a couple of go-to products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>First, is SADDLE SOAP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one of the best choices because it\u2019s designed to clean, nourish, and protect your leather. That\u2019s more for street clothes than having a protective lining. BDSM gear will be washed after <em>every<\/em> use and therefore need more conditioning.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>4. SPECIFIC CLEANING ISSUES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re going to get all sorts of \u201cyou and your partner\u201d on your fetish-wear. It will also cause itchiness and irritation if you let it build up. Slowly <strong>spot washing<\/strong> with soap and water should help. Although I did see one trick of using ground chalk \u2013 you grind it into a powder and let it sit on the oil stain overnight, then wash as normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0099;\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><strong>MOLD AND MILDEW<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use a 50\/50 solution of rubbing alcohol. Dip your cloth in the solution, wring out the excess water, and then wipe away the mold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0099;\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><strong>WAX<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take a piece of blotting paper or brown paper, and then lift and stuck-on wax by gently using a low-med heat iron over the paper. Repeat to remove any additional wax (until the paper isn\u2019t absorbing it anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0099;\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/span> I would avoid playing with wax and wearing leather altogether \u2013 mostly because it\u2019s a pain to clean and you need to use heat \u2013 which leather doesn\u2019t like. Or use leather items you don\u2019t care about as much.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0099;\"><strong>URINE<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re into watersports, make sure you clean things immediately after. The acid content in urine could permanently damage the material if left for a long time (or even overnight).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0099;\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><strong>BLOOD<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The same goes for bloodplay or accidental cuts. Wash things right after because if the blood is allowed to dry, it will stiffen the leather and cause it to smell. It might also stain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0099;\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><strong>FECES<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be a mix of who-knows-what \u2013 clean thoroughly and immediately after to avoid stains and smells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0099;\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><strong>VAGINA SECRETIONS, SQUIRTING FLUIDS, OR SEMEN<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Vaginal secretions and semen should be wiped off then washed normally. What comes out of a woman if she\u2019s squirted will have to be treated similarly to urine \u2013 it\u2019s not pee, but it does share similar qualities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>6. HOWEVER, I haven\u2019t tested this, nor will it completely disinfect things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 26px;\"><strong>7.
