About this student discount
To be eligible for the student discount offered by Lovense (the ''Discount''), you must successfully complete a student identity verification process through a third-party student verification service (the ''Verification''). Only verified student users are eligible to receive and use the Discount.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
''Discount'' means the student discount described in these terms;
''Lovense' means HYTTO PTE. LTD. and its affiliates;
''Verification'' means the student identity verification process completed through a third-party verification service approved by Lovense;
''Verification Date'' means the date on which the Verification is successfully completed as recorded by the third-party verification service;
''Validity Period'' means the period commencing at the moment the Verification is successfully completed and ending twenty-four (24) hours thereafter.
2. Discount Rate
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Discount entitles eligible users to a discount of up to sixty percent (60%) off the original price of eligible products listed on the Lovense website. The actual discount rate applicable to a specific product shall be displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Exclusion of Shipping Costs
The Discount applies to the product price only and does not cover shipping costs, taxes, duties, or any other ancillary charges. All such charges shall be borne solely by the user.
4. User Rights
Eligible student users shall enjoy the same rights, privileges, and remedies as other users of Lovense, including but not limited to return and refund rights, unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a refund, the Discount shall not be refunded or reinstated.
5. Validity Period
The Discount must be used within the Validity Period as defined in Section 1. Any unused Discount shall expire immediately upon the expiration of the Validity Period. Lovense reserves the right to extend the Validity Period at its sole discretion.
6. No Stacking
The Discount cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, discount code, email offer, advertising offer, affiliate offer, or any other discount or incentive unless expressly authorized by Lovense.
7. User Representations and Non-Transferability
By using the Discount, you represent and warrant that:
i. all personal information and identity documents provided to the verification service and Lovense are true, accurate, current, and complete as of the Verification Date and remain so through the date the Discount is used;
ii. you shall not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise make available your account credentials, discount eligibility, or any rights under these Terms and Conditions to any third party.
Lovense reserves the right to terminate your account, invalidate any discount, and refuse service to you if such information is found to be false, inaccurate, or outdated, or if unauthorized sharing or transfer occurs.
8. Age and Legal Capacity Requirement
You acknowledge that Lovense lists, displays, and sells adult products. By accessing the Lovense website or completing any purchase, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
i. you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
ii. under the laws applicable to you (including, but not limited to, the laws of your country, state, or province of residence), you are legally permitted to access, view, and purchase the adult products offered on Lovense.
Lovense reserves the right to request proof of age and legal capacity at any time.
9. Termination
Lovense reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Discount program at any time, with or without notice. Lovense may also terminate your eligibility to participate in the Discount program or your Lovense account if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the Lovense Terms and Conditions.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be collected, used, and processed in accordance with the Lovense Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the third-party verification service. By completing the Verification, you consent to the transfer of your information to Lovense for the purpose of administering the Discount.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Discount, even if Lovense has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Lovense’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of the Discount actually applied to your purchase.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms set forth in the Lovense Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the arbitration and choice of law provisions contained therein. By using the Discount, you agree to be bound by the dispute resolution terms specified in the Lovense Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Lovense Terms and Conditions, the Lovense Terms and Conditions shall control with respect to matters of governing law and dispute resolution.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Lovense Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lovense regarding the Discount and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
