The Terms and Conditions govern the Lovense Loyalty Program(“Program”). Members of the program will earn Lovense Sparks in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain products at Lovense.com. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
All registered users of the platform are automatically enrolled in the Program, and their participation is linked to their account ID.
The Program is available exclusively to registered individual users.
The Program allows eligible members to earn Lovense Sparks (“Sparks”) by participating in qualifying activities as determined by Lovense.
The Program will continue unless modified or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
3.1 Sparks can be earned through the following activities:
Orders: 1 USD = 10 Sparks. Sparks are awarded based on the total cost of eligible orders placed after enrollment, shipping fees are excluded.
For purchases made with e-gift cards or Lovense Coins, reward Sparks are calculated based on the original payable amount before any coupons or discounts are applied.
Email Subscription: One-time 50 Sparks for subscribing with a valid email address.
Profile Completion: One-time 50 Sparks for completing required profile fields (Username, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Relationship Status, Date of Birth, Preferred Types of Toys, Frequency of Use, Experience Level, Preferred Play Types, Personal Goals, Source of Referral, etc.).
Product Reviews: 20 Sparks per eligible product review submitted within Lovense. Unlimited reviews allowed; no Sparks for off-site reviews.
Remote App Connection: One-time 20 Sparks for connecting with the Remote App using the same account.
3.2 Sparks are credited after successful completion of the activity and may be revoked for returns, cancellations, or fraudulent behavior.
3.3 Wishlist, Gifting and Fan Funding orders can not earn Sparks.
3.5 Sparks earned from a purchase will be deducted if the purchase is refunded.
3.4 Lovense may introduce temporary promotional activities, not limited to those described above, through which users may earn Sparks. These activities are governed by the official activity rules and these Terms and Conditions.
4.1 Sparks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
4.2 Sparks expire on the 1st day of the month following one year from the date they are earned.
4.3 Rewards include discount vouchers and physical products. Voucher validity: 7 days after redemption. Physical products must be claimed with the next order no later than the 1st day of the month following one year from the redemption date.
4.4 Rewards cannot be shipped separately and must be combined with a regular order.
4.5 Unlimited redemptions are allowed if Sparks are sufficient.
Membership tiers are based on spending over a rolling 365-day period:
- Tease: Default for all registered users with no minimum spend.
- Arouse: Annual spending of $300 or more but less than $600 over a rolling 365-day period; maintains tier with $100 spend over the same rolling period thereafter.
- Climax: $600 or more over a rolling 365-day period; maintains tier with $150 spend over the same rolling period thereafter.
Sparks multiplier: Tease 1x, Arouse 1.25x, Climax 1.5x.
Additional perks: Birthday discounts, free shipping (Arouse/Climax: $99 threshold, available in selected countries only), product testing invitations (Climax only).
The free shipping threshold only applies to regular orders and not to wishlists.
6.1 Lovense reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without liability, including changes to Sparks earning methods, reward options, and redemption rules.
6.2 Lovense reserves the right to change, modify, and/or eliminate the Program, and/or all or any portion of these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Program at any time at its sole discretion, including, without limitation. Lovense may make changes, even though such changes may impact your ability to use Sparks already accumulated. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately, which may be accessed through Lovense. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, except as required by law. Your continued participation in or access to the Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions. You should review these Terms and Conditions, our policies and FAQ frequently to understand the terms that apply to the Program.
Fraudulent, automated, or unauthorized activities related to the Program will result in revocation of Sparks and possible account suspension or termination. Lovense reserves the right to revoke any membership if a member engages in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovense shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Program or use of rewards, including technical issues, unauthorized access, or third-party conduct.
Personal data collected in connection with the Program will be processed in accordance with Lovense Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Users have the right to request access to, deletion of, or information about their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms that may be associated with the Program.
10.2 Lovense internal records shall be deemed final and conclusive with respect to the number of Sparks in any member’s account. In the event of a discrepancy between the Sparks balance shown on a receipt or display and Lovense internal records, the internal records shall prevail. Lovense assumes no responsibility for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete member information.
10.3 Sparks are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and not valid outside of the Program. The sale, transfer, or assignment of Sparks is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation or cancellation of Sparks as well as suspension or termination of membership.
10.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Lovense, its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes relating to the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions.
10.5 These Terms and Conditions, along with Lovense General Terms and Conditions and any applicable supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lovense with respect to the Program, superseding all prior understandings, negotiations, or communications.
10.6 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Where permissible, the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
10.7 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
11.1 Avoid malicious review on Lovense. Lovense aims to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment.
11.2 Examples of prohibited or malicious customer review include but are not limited to:
a. Malicious and abusive comments language;
b. Publishing illegal or harmful content (pornography, violence, etc.);
c. Any behavior prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.
11.3 Violations of the Code of Customer Review Conduct may result in revocation of Sparks, cancellation of rewards, account suspension, and permanent ban from the Program.
